Come pause with us for a soulful afternoon of yoga, meditation, mantra, and live music with Scott E. Moore, surrounded by the iconic photography of Danny Clinch in Asbury Park.
Together, we’ll explore the healing power of rhythm, sound, and silence—through mindful movement, live music, the vibration of bīja mantra, and moments of deep stillness.
We’ll remember that we, too, are instruments—and that when we pause long enough to listen, we can return to harmony.
Inspired by The Power of the Pause, this special practice is an invitation to tune the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart.
Because, like every beautiful piece of music,
harmony begins with listening.
